◎简 介
文、杰（郑伊健饰）是一对孪生兄弟，由于父母离婚，文便留在香港与母亲生活，杰则随父亲移居泰国。20多年后，杰回港探望弟弟，竟遇上了交通意外，杰致人死亡外，更令自己暂时半身不遂，杰用的是文的驾驶执照，因此身份调换了。
杰的女友珍（蔡卓妍饰）急急找杰回泰国完成一桩交易，文只好代替哥哥前往。原来杰欠下了当地黑帮老大一笔债款，珍和文为了尽快解决事情，竟然惹出了更多的事端。
兄弟两人在调换身份期间，发现原来自己从来没有珍惜过身边的人，启发甚多。
杰康复回到泰国，又能否解决所有事端呢?
