简 介
故事讲述以到处炫耀自己儿子为乐趣的70多岁老奶奶，被社会和家庭嫌弃，只有邻居朴老头对她一往情深。当媳妇忍受不了她的脾气而心脏病发作，全家人决定把她送进安老院，老奶奶无意中知道后决定离家出走，在街上看到一家神秘的「青春照相馆」，原本打算进去拍张遗照，不料快门一按她竟然变成20岁的少女，于是开始追逐当年的歌手梦。
今次日本版演老奶奶的是倍赏美津子，而20岁的她则为多部未华子。倍赏表示虽然和她脸形和演技动作不太相似，但她们对主角的感觉相似也有共通的背景，相信可以让大家感受到是同一个人物，而多部就说今次有很多新尝试觉得会演得很愉快，一直听说水田伸生导演得到很多演员和工作人员爱戴，由开始已有安心感。
